Educator
Alejandro Guardia, Jr. is a music educator and band director with over 20 years of experience. He privately teaches Trombone, Euphonium, and Tuba students guiding them to achieve scholarships and win auditions at several music schools and into State and National honor bands. Alejandro has directed High School and Middle School bands all over Florida. Having worked with many of Miami's best educators, Alejandro shares this wealth of knowledge as an instructor and designer for many of South Florida's award-winning and several state-championship band programs. Alejandro is a founding member of WGI Winds, a division that showcases indoor marching ensembles. He founded and directed FIU Indoor Winds, which won two World Championships in 2015 (WIO) and 2016 (WIA). He has also instructed other WGI Winds groups in Florida, such as Horizon Winds (2021 WIO Virtual Champions) and Stryke Wynds (2023 WIW World Champions).
